Welcome to my statistics pages. Here you will be able to access my brief Introduction to Statistics for the Neurosciences for users of SPSS and R (www.r-project.org) that I am working on as-and-when I get time. I have also included any other stats-relevant stuff if people are interested.
I am passionate about statistics, and in particular ways in which rigorous experimental design and well-designed statistical analyses can help to refine/reduce the use of live animals in research. I would urge anyone who is interested in these things to visit the NC3Rs website, where you will find information relating to their ARRIVE scheme (Link to ARRIVE guidelines) which is attempting to deal with these issues.
